What's the difference btw commercial unit and residential unit at High Park Suites ?

Highpark suites is actually all commercial unit under HDA which consider all are residential unit and mean all the unit electric can be convert from commercial rate to residential rate and the property can be stay by people while fully commercial is not allow people stay. Maklumat lanjut
