The best rentals are usually budgeted by expatriate executives and senior management staffs or the MNC companies they work for. Look for locations where they are a high number of such expatriates such as Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Damansara Heights & KLCC. Most of them prefer condominiums with 3 or 4 bedrooms of at least 1,500 sq ft and above. Some may prefer bungalows. The rental movement are quite stable but the yield is affected by the price of such properties which had increased substantially over the last 5 years.
