Hi! It depends on location. For example, in KL and Petaling Jaya, rental yields are generally more competitive for condominiums and apartments (strata titled properties). However, resale value is more attractive for landed properties. We have properties for sale within your budget in KL and PJ which are near LRT and MRT stations.
