Would like to check how these payment being made? Earnest deposit, (2+1+0.5).
Can these payment be made through e.g IQI property client account? Will the account reflect the Organization name?
why tenant have to pay 0.5 commission when tenant is responding to the house advertisement made by the property agent? And does SST apply to this amount?
