There are a total of three unit types — Type A (3,680 sqft), Type B (4,170 sqft) and Type C (3,710 sqft) and each of them comes with 5-6 bedrooms. Puncak Tropika is easily accessible via LKSA and Federal Highway makes it for residents to travel to Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya and Puchong. Those living here can also go to mini markets and grocery stores such as 88 Mini Mart, GMR Food & Beverages, and Super Ninety Nine, to buy their regular food and necessities. For relaxation, Air on Park Shah Alam and Recreation Park Raja Lumu are only a few minutes drive away. ICT Shah Alam and Shah Alam National Botanical Park are some of the tourist attractions near Puncak Tropika where people can go for leisure. As Selangor's leading property developer, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) aims to build affordable properties for the masses and it has been involved in developing/ maintaining/ upgrading parts of the state such as PJ, Ampang, Ulu Klang, Kelana Jaya, Shah Alam, etc. Puncak Tropika is now selling in the range of RM 1.3 million to RM 1.5 million.
