The units are listed between RM 700,000 to RM 1.2 million in the housing market currently. The price per sq ft is RM 1450 and the maintenance fee is RM 0.50 per sq ft. The prime location and the myriad of facilities available contribute to the exorbitant price tag, but the fact remains that the property is of immense value with rental yield for smaller units starting at RM 3000 and bigger units up to RM 5000. The freehold serviced apartment is expected to be completed in June 2018.
