Eden Heights is a leasehold condominium located along Jalan Kendara 2, off Jalan Lintas in Kota Kinabalu, or as formerly known Jesselton, the capital of Sabah, Malaysia. Kota Kinabalu is a major tourist destination as well as one of the major industrial and commercial centres of East Malaysia. With competition in the real estate market, developers Innosia Group were able to make the Eden Heights stand apart from most other condominiums in the city, so much so that all the units of this condominium were sold out even before it was launched for public viewing. This classy condominium mostly caters to families of the middle class section. Known for its bustling markets, modern boardwalk and beaches, Kota Kinabalu has become one of the fastest growing cities in Malaysia and has drawn crowds from across the country. Eden Heights not only provides all necessary facilities but also keeps from burning a hole in the pocket. Apart from investing in the property, it is also suitable for staying given the strategic location and beautiful and serene environment around the complex. As mentioned, the condominium sits at a very strategic location and therefore can be accessed without any hassle. It can be easily reached via Jalan Pintas Penampang , Jalan Lintas, Jalan Pintas, Jalan Kepayan and Jalan Mat Salleh. One can find a number of taxi stands and bus stops along these roads, making both private and public transportation easy. The Kota Kinabalu International Airport is also located only at few kilometres away and can be reached within a few minutes of driving. The Eden Heights neighbours Taman Lintas Penampang and Taman Kendara 1. The Eden Heights was initiated by the Innosia Group in 1997 and was completed by 1999. The sole developer, that is, the Innosia group is one of the leading firms in the real estate market and has developed many reputable complexes such as The Acapella, The Horizon, The Sanctuary Hotel and the Sanctuary Mall. The launch price of the condo was around RM120,000 and all the units were sold immediately.
