Kuchai Exchange is a low-rise development which consist of only 6 storeys tall with the total unit of 136 to be rented out for commercial purposes. With the open car parking space and 24-hour security, Kuchai Exchange could be considered as an ideal place for businesses to take root in this peaceful and booming township. Kuchai Exchange can be easily accessed from Sri Petaling and Sungai Besi. Therefore, it is not a hassle to locate to the location of the building.
