PU8 or also known as Puchong Utama 8 is a terraced house development project that is located in Puchong along Jalan PU 8/6a, 47100, Selangor. The tenure that is offered by the development is freehold. The PU8 development project is a terraced house development project that was designed to those who prefers to live in landed properties more than high-rise developments like condominium and apartments and it is designed to cater to those of the middle class due to its affordability.
