Updated: 21st May 2021 Southgate Commercial Centre is a freehold development project by Mah Sing Group Bhd located along the prime Jalan Sungai Besi in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. Launched in 2008, Southgate Commercial Centre was completed around 2011, built on a 1.92 ha freehold land as an integrated commercial and leisure hub, housing 226 standard and duplex office suites as well as 64 units of retail lots.
