Surian Tower is a freehold office building located at the self-contained township of Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, next to IPC Shopping centre, IKEA, The Curve, Tesco and e@curve. It was completed in 2011 by Boustead Holdings Berhad. Given its strategic location, it is easily accessible via many major routes such prominently the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP), Penchala Link via Damansara Perdana, NKVE through Kota Damansara, Sprint, Persiaran Surian as well as Sg Buloh and Tropicana. The best thing about working in Surian Tower is that you do not have to go very far for lunch, running errands or coffee in between work as the malls (IPC, IKEA, The Curve and e@curve) offers plenty of selection of food, retail, entertainment and services options. Nearby schools include SJK( C ) Damansara, SMK Bandar Utama 4, SMK Bandar Utama Damansara 4, while British International School, Parkcity International and KDU Schools are not too far away so is Segi University, a short drive away from Surian Tower. In case of medical emergencies, Thomson Medical Centre Kota Damansara is nearby so is Parkcity Medical centre further away. For shopping and other necessities there is IPC, The Curve, IKEA,e@Curve and further away is One Utama Shopping Centre whilst for groceries Tesco Mutiara Damansara is also within walking distance whilst Village Grocer, Giant and NSK is a short drive away in Sunway Nexis/Kota Damansara enclave.
