For recreational activities, residents can opt for Mariaman Temple Park, Taman Burung Kulim, Dataran Tasik Putra, Taman Rekreasi Sungai Bunian and South Kedah Chinese Recreation Club. In addition, residents can spend their weekend at the local shopping mall like Kulim Central and Kulim Mall. Aside from that, they can also opt to visit AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam and Sunway Carnival Mall Perai, both of which are short drives away, at neighbouring state of Penang respectively. As far as food is concerned, residents will be in for a treat with the many choices available such as Idris Satay, Seong Hin, Tang Kona Food Court, Nasi Ayam Panggang Hang Li Po & Coffee Shop, Weng Steamboat and fast food joints such as KFC and Pizza Hut, to name but a few. There are not many facilities available except for covered car park. As Taman Kenanga, Kulim is a older housing estate, not much information about this Taman is available. There are numerous semi-detached homes available here. Each unit are spacious and offers views of the surrounding greenery and nature.
