Type A has a built-up range of 926 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Similar to Type A, the only difference of Type B is its built-up range of 936 square feet. Both these types are more suited for young executives, students and newlyweds. Meanwhile, Type C which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with built-up range of 1,173 square feet, is more suitable for small families. As for the duplex units, Type Ai comes at 1,711 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a family area on the upper floor. This is same for Type Bi only with slightly smaller built-up at 1,647 square feet. Bigger-sized family will be more comfortable in Type Ci, the biggest duplex with built-up of 2,045 square feet which comes in four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The family area will be in the center of the upper floor, separating the master bedroom from the other two rooms hence providing more privacy. All the units come with a balcony with tempered glass railings. The launch price for apartment units is about RM 680 per square foot, i.e. around RM 630,000 for the smallest unit with a possible hike to about RM 800,000 for the largest unit. As for the shop offices, the current market prices ranged from RM 620,000 to RM 1,600,000. I&P Group is a very large-scale property development group, and has developed about 106 property projects in Malaysia.
