Envisioned as a major tourist destination, this ambitious 51-acre project was strategically designed to be a prime pitstop and entertainment hub located directly beside the North-South Expressway. The name, "The TWO," is an acronym for its core components: heme park resort, holesale city, and utlet mall. The project was planned to transform Rawang's landscape and serve as a new entertainment and retail hub for both locals and international tourists travelling along the highway. The development was designed to feature an overhead bridge linking the property, which spans both sides of the expressway. The Two was master-planned as a comprehensive destination with a wide array of attractions and facilities. Plans included extensive indoor, semi-outdoor, and outdoor theme parks, incorporating water rides and adventure sports. The indoor theme park was slated to be the largest in Asia. The amusement park elements were to be designed by the internationally recognized Sanderson Group, known for their work on Disneyland Tokyo and Universal Studios Singapore. A key component was a large outlet mall and a wholesale city, aiming to become a regional hub for the ASEAN market. The development plan also included a center boulevard for events, landscaped gardens, entertainment centers, and numerous dining options. The Two's primary accessibility feature is its direct frontage along the North-South Expressway, just a minute's drive from the Rawang exit, making it highly visible and convenient for travelers. The Two is a flagship project by DA Land Sdn Bhd (formerly Golden Masterpiece Sdn Bhd). The developer's other projects in the area include the LakeClub Parkhome residential development in Rawang.
