Each condominium unit comes with 1 or 2 parking bays, with additional units available for purchase, a good thing as parking bays are limited real estate in condominiums and getting more to suite your needs here will probably not be an issue. Semarak’s launch price was from RM183.56 per square feet while Penaga’s launch price began at RM188.79 per square feet. Their current value per square feet is RM290 to RM430, almost doubled the original value, with a current rental price range of RM1,000 to RM1,600. When Semarak was almost sold-out, Penaga went on-sale. Buyers were offered DIBS (a zero-interest payment scheme) during the construction or other benefits such as rebates, free disbursement for the Sales & Purchase Agreement and had their legal fees covered by the company to encourage interest in this project.
