  I purchased a unit here with rental income in mind. 222 Residency has been completed for years, so I could clearly see the condition before investing. So far, it has been a steady and manageable property for me.

  Good Place

  The condominium feels well kept and settled. The Barbeque Area is nice for small family gatherings, and I often use the Gymnasium room for quick workouts. The Perimeter Fencing also makes us feel more secure.

  Downsizing Decision Made
