JL99 Group unveiled its project, 99 Residence @ KL North. A leasehold serviced apartment project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM809 million. The apartment takes up 7 acres of a 17-acre site owned by JL99 in KL North. 99 Residence is designed to cater for own-stay, JL99 included more than 48 types of luxury facilities and spacious common areas. JL99 also designed 99 Residence from the user’s perspective, with features such as direct access vehicle speed ramp to designated car park levels for residents’ convenience. The project’s common areas and facilities are more spacious than the standard requirements. For example, the corridors (8ft), the vehicle ramp (12ft), the multi-purpose hall (7400sq.ft.), and sky gym (4500sq.ft.) are all wider than normal. Room For Activities

I enjoy using the Aeroyoga room when I want something different from my usual workout. On other days, I use the gymnasium room or take a walk along the reflexology path. My weekends sometimes include a game of badminton with friends. After exercising, I like spending some time at the jacuzzi before heading home. The lounge and recreation room are also useful when I want to sit down and take a break. I appreciate having the swimming pool available when I want a more relaxed activity. This variety has made my free time at home much more interesting.

Convenient Laundry Days

The launderette is particularly useful when I have a lot of clothes to wash after a busy week. I also use the recreation room when I need a change of space. The lounge is another place I visit when I want to sit quietly. Having these facilities within the residence saves me time on ordinary days.

Peaceful Weekend Time

I bought my unit because I wanted a place where weekends could feel less rushed. I sometimes walk along the reflexology path in the morning before breakfast. Later, I may spend some time at the jacuzzi when I want to relax. These small routines have become something I look forward to.
