  Suitable for multigenerational families

  We chose Alaia mainly because of the multi-generational layout options. It’s not easy to find a place that suits older folks like us and still has enough room for kids. Plus, being near the hospital and public transport gives peace of mind. We’re not in yet, but so far the developer has been quite responsive.

  Good access to public transport

  Alaia has a solid city location and good access to public transport, which is important for someone like me who doesn’t drive much. Design-wise, it looks clean and functional. I'm keeping an eye on this one for investment.

  Lots of nearby amenities

  We were looking for a condo with enough space for our small family. We like the practical 3-bedroom layout and it’s so near to Titiwangsa MRT and park. It’s still under construction, but the area already feels quite convenient with clinics, schools, and shops nearby. Hopefully, the final finish and security will live up to what’s shown.
