Silver lining of the pandemic
I used to drive past Arte S everyday and I would never miss a glance at this beautiful building. Due to the pandemic last year, investing in property made a lot of sense for me and I put down a deposit for one of the last sea view units at Arte S. It has been such a pleasurable stay since we moved in. The views are great, facilities are amazing and quality of fit and finish is right up there with the finest luxury residences in KL. -

Sea view
I really love my unit at Arte S. It’s on one of the higher floor withprivate lift access too. I really like that the place opens into a large living room that’s got full floor to ceiling opening into the balcony. Since it faces the sea, the view is absolutely stunning. I'm no architect, but the curved building somehow makes the overall views nicer too with less obstruction. -

Arty
I am so blessed to have invested in an apartment at Arte S in Penang. It’s a stunning piece of art, don’t you think? The design looks just superb, but turns out the elliptical shape also allows for a lot more natural light to enter the house. I live in the taller of the two buildings at one of the higher floors. The view is lovely, and so are the common spaces in the premises. The pools here are particularly popular, where many of us residents spend a lot of time enjoying life. -
