  Refreshing greenery

  One of the things that stands out here is the greenery. Walking through the neighborhood, you can really feel the effort in keeping it landscaped and safe for residents. The homes don’t feel cramped like many newer projects, and you see families out cycling or walking in the evenings. You do need a vehicle for shopping, but that’s normal I guess. I think the balance of space, safety, and calm environment is what makes this place a solid choice for families.

  It's comfortable to live

  I honestly like the environment. Houses are bright and have decent space, can fit small family well. The park concept really works, got open areas and kids can run around safely. Location wise, it is convenient for me. Inside the area, very peaceful, not too crowded. Overall, I like this place.

  It’s got that homely feel

  I checked out Astana Parkhomes in Sungai Petani and really liked how the houses are built around green spaces and parks. The layout felt cosy yet spacious, with options like 4+1 bedrooms and modern open-plan living areas. It’s gated and has amenities like playgrounds, a basketball court, and security guards, which gave me a real sense of safety and community. The location also seems convenient, and just a short drive to shops, schools, and clinics. You do need a car, but it’s only about a 20‑ to 25‑minute drive to the main business and retail hubs via major roads. It didn’t feel over-the-top fancy, but if you’re looking for a family-friendly home in a peaceful, green neighbourhood, this seems like a solid pick.

  A space that always welcomes me back

  I like the Astana Parkhomes house design. It feels more spacious and allows sunlight inside. The atmosphere around us is quiet and peaceful. My kids love the playground as it has enough space to play with other children. Our neighbors are also very friendly, which gives the area a safe feeling. The security system is good, and the streets are well-maintained. There are a couple of grocery stores and restaurants in the nearby distance, which is a plus for families. Astana Parkhomes gives comfort and a friendly community area. We can see more greenery around us, which gives a pleasant vibe in the early morning and evening time.

  I feel like I’m living inside a park, got jogging paths, playgrounds, and all green vibes right outside my door. Gated and peaceful, it’s easy to just lepak with neighbours anytime. Got courts for every mood: basketball, badminton, futsal, plus an outdoor gym - perfect if you’re into active outdoor things. 24‑hour security and gated guard services make sure kids can run around freely, while parents chill. Layout is all about airiness, open living/dining that flows into the parkscape, giving that fresh kampung vibe even in a modern terrace.
