Solid investment

I’ve rented out my unit since moving overseas, and the response was quick because of the location. With public transport and universities nearby, it’s been easy to keep tenants. Definitely glad I bought here.

Perfect for singles

I got a smaller unit since it’s just me, and it’s the right size without wasted space. Having retail lots downstairs is super handy so I don’t even need to go far for quick errands.

Happy first home

We moved in last year, and honestly, it’s been a good start for us as a young family. The layout is practical, and the kids love the pool area. It feels safe here, which gives me peace of mind.
