Our First Home

Buying our first home was a big decision, so we spent time thinking about what would suit us in the long run. We decided to book a terraced house at Avens Residence @ Southville City because we wanted more freedom to arrange our own space. I like that we can choose how to use each room instead of having to follow a fixed furniture setup. My partner is interested in setting up a reading corner, while I would prefer a dining area where we can enjoy meals together. We are also working out a realistic budget for furniture and other essentials before moving in. It may take some time to get everything ready, but we are excited to start this new chapter together.

Work From Home

I was looking for a home that could support both my personal life and my remote working routine. The layout of this terraced house gives me the option to create a dedicated workspace away from the main living area. This will help me separate work hours from my time off. I also like the idea of having enough room to welcome friends occasionally. I hope to make the house a comfortable space for both productivity and relaxation.

Settling In Well

I recently booked a house here after looking for a place with a more traditional home layout. The rooms give me the freedom to organise my daily routine without feeling restricted by limited space. I plan to add some plants and simple decorations to make the place more welcoming. So far, I feel positive about this decision.
