  Nice layout, nice design, feels modern

  We were just browsing but ended up booking a unit! Not easy to find a new place that’s nicely designed and still under RM700k. Got some nice views too. Can’t wait till it’s completed.

  Spacious and peaceful

  "My son decided to buy this for our family because the space is enough for all of us. I like that there’s a lot of greenery and walking paths planned. The area is peaceful too, not too crowded. We’re looking forward to moving in together once it’s ready. "

  Perfect for family with kids

  We booked a unit after visiting the showroom and honestly, we liked the layout and price point. It’s hard to find bigger units with decent facilities nowadays. The kids are excited about the pool and playground. Now we just wait for 2027!
