  Great Value Shared Living with Easy Amenities

  We share a 4‑bedroom here—each gets our own room and share two bathrooms, which is ideal. The place came partially furnished: built‑in wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, air‑cons. Easy move‑in. We love breakfast on the balcony and occasional dips in the lap pool. Maintenance is prompt and safe (24‑hr guards, covered parking). Groceries, pharmacies, eateries all are nearby along Jalan Raja Uda. Public transport (bus, train) is accessible but most of the time we drive. Affordable rental (approx. RM 1.4–1.8k) for what you get.

  Well‑Equipped Unit with Top‑Notch Facilities

  I moved into a 4‑bedroom unit last year and have been impressed daily. The building is freehold, completed in 2008–2009, and maintained really well. I use the gym, sauna, and pool often — gym overlooks the lap pool which is a nice touch. There’s a clubhouse, BBQ pits, table tennis, playground — everything you need. Security is solid: gated, CCTV, guards at all times.

  Resort Vibes on Raja Uda – Fun for Kids Too!

  We booked a weekend here and the kids can't stop talking about the giant lap pool and water‑slide playground. The property really feels like a resort — there's a gazebo-style jacuzzi, cascading fountain, sauna, gym with great views, and even a jogging track. Unit-wise, it’s spacious (4 beds), clean and comes with a balcony overlooking the pool. Loved the 24‑hour security and ample covered parking. Surroundings are quiet, yet Tesco, eateries, and Sunway Carnival Mall are just a short drive away. Truly relaxing weekend escape.
