Convenient, Clean & Good LRT Access
I rented here for a couple of months during a project. The unit was clean and roomy, perfect for working from home. I particularly liked being just 1.4 km from Ampang LRT—easy commute. The pool and tennis court were rarely crowded, so I actually used them! Parking was a breeze with secure covered bays and access cards. For RM1,500/month, it felt like good value.

Spacious Family Condo in a Great Location
We moved into a 3-bed, 2-bath unit (~1,270 ft²) last year and it never feels cramped — lots of rooms and a real balcony. The kids love the pool and playground, and we’ve made friends at weekend jogging park. There's covered parking, 24-hour security, and it’s just a 5–10 minute drive to Spectrum Mall and clinics. Schools are walkable too. Traffic on Jalan Kosas can get busy at times, but overall it's a solid family choice.”
