Quiet Personal Space
I do not need a lot of facilities, but having a car park and reliable security were important to me. I also like that the residence has a surau, as it is convenient to have one within the property. The playground is not something I use personally, but it is useful when friends bring their children over. I was comfortable with its relatively recent age. My unit has become a place where I can properly switch off after a busy day. I have enjoyed having my own space without giving up useful facilities. For me, it has been a comfortable property to own. -

Child Friendly Space
The playground was a useful feature for us because they can go down and play without us having to travel somewhere else. Having proper car parking is also helpful when we are carrying groceries or taking the kids out. The security setup gives me some added comfort as a parent. For our family, the residence has been a practical choice. -

Simple City Home
I wanted a straightforward condominium for myself. Having a dedicated car park makes my daily routine much easier, especially when I come home late. I also appreciate the security arrangement within the residence. So far, the place has been comfortable and easy for me to manage. -

Feels like a value-packed address… but not wi
I had friends post on forums that D’Tessera is actually decent value for the location—big units in Damansara don’t come cheap—but it’s still on the lower side PSF compared to neighbors. A heads-up though: with so many new condos around, some worry about how packed the area could get down the line. Worth planning for, but not deal-breaking. -

Nature-friendly in a city hub—you really get
D’Tessera manages to feel calm and tucked away—even though you're in PJ’s Golden Triangle. The building stretches up 48–49 floors beside lush greenery, a 10-acre park, and a natural waterfall. Meanwhile, you're just minutes from One Utama, IKEA, and major highways like the LDP, Penchala Link, and DASH. Best of both worlds for sure. -

Spacious and design-smart for families
I checked out D’Tessera and its roomy 3+1 to 4+1 layouts (1,100 sq ft to 1,331 sq ft) really stood out—the hackable walls let you shift things around if you want to open up the living area or carve out an extra study. Plus, they even have elderly-friendly units with ramps in the foyer and bathroom, which felt forward-thinking and practical. -
