  I bought a 3-bed unit here for rental. The unit’s condition and facilities attract good tenants, especially professionals who like the view and lifestyle perks. The turnover’s been low so far. I keep tabs on maintenance fees (they’ve crept up) but it’s still decent yield vs what you pay for in this area.

  Work in KL resident

  Moving here made it easier for me to balance work in the city and life at home. The highways are easy to reach, and having The Mines nearby means I don’t have to drive far for malls or groceries. The gym, sauna and facilities are nice extras. My only gripe is sometimes lifts get packed and waiting can be a pain during peak hours.

  lake view lover

  I’m in a unit that faces the lake and it’s peaceful — morning breezes, views of water and greenery soften the city edge. I especially like lounging at the infinity pool overlooking the lake. But on certain late nights I notice train noise since tracks run parallel to the building. Not awful, just something you get used to.
