  Good Investment if You Pick Right Floor &

  We bought a mid-floor unit with partial sea/sky view. It rents out well because tenants love the large layouts and facilities. But not every unit will perform — floors facing less scenic directions or road-facing units get less demand. You’ve got to be selective on orientation, finishing, and timing.

  Great Location, Strong Facilities

  Edge 360 is conveniently located near Egate, bridges, and main roads. It’s easy to run errands, access the city or the airport. But when we first viewed, we noted some finishing touches needed fixing (balcony rails, paint). Thankfully management responded, but it shows you can’t skip inspections.

  Roomy Condo with Upscale Vibes — But Expect P

  We moved into Edge 360 in 2020. The space is generous — 4 bedrooms plus roomy living and balconies feel open. The amenities are solid: we use the sky garden, Jacuzzi, and gym regularly. But you do feel the premium: for a good view you pay a lot more, and occasional lift waits happen when many residents use them at once.
