  New Development Vibes

  I like that Gapimas Residences is a newly completed freehold project (2024). The modern design and freehold status makes it look good. But as someone who values reviews, I wish there were more testimonials from current residents to understand the quality of the build and the living experience better.

  Many unit option

  Many layout options available. They have single-storey and double-storey terrace houses, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms seem perfect for a starter family like mine and double storey unit for bigger families. Looks good.

  Close to my office and highways

  As someone working in Selayang, I find the location of Gapimas Residences very good. It’s just a 20-minute drive to Batu Caves and Gombak, and about 30 minutes to Gohtong Jaya or Genting Highlands. Easy for going to office and traveling in KL.
