  Better For Children

  The playground was an important feature for me because it gives my child somewhere to spend time outdoors. We also use the swimming pool together when the weather is suitable. I like that I can keep an eye on things without needing to travel elsewhere. The barbecue area is handy when grandparents and relatives come over. The car park makes family trips easier, especially when we have several bags to bring in. Having 24 hours security also gives me added comfort as a parent.

  Good First Property

  This is my first property purchase, so I wanted a condominium that would be easy to settle into. I like that the development has facilities that suit my routine. I usually use the gymnasium room during weekdays and the swimming pool on quieter evenings. The playground is also a nice addition when my younger relatives visit. For a first home, I find the facilities practical without making things complicated.

  Easy Solo Living

  As a single owner, I wanted a place where I could keep a simple routine. The gymnasium room is useful when I do not feel like travelling to a separate gym. I also like having 24 hours security as I sometimes return home late. So far, the facilities have made everyday living quite convenient.
