  I feel at ease every time I walk through the

  Kayana Heights @ Ayuria Place in Alamesra really looks like one of those modern spots people can get excited about - and I actually just booked a unit here! The high-rise design feels fresh, and since it’s part of the Ayuria Place mixed development, the whole area has that lively and connected feel. I like that it balances functionality with lifestyle without being too much. If you’re someone who enjoys a more peaceful yet convenient neighbourhood, this place really feels like home. Still under development, so we’ll have to wait and see how the vibes turn out once everything’s complete. But based on what’s already taking shape, the concept looks promising - and the convenience already feels quite syok for daily life.

  A Peaceful Escape

  Kayana Heights is still under construction, but the place looks calm and green with trees and quiet paths. The units seem a good size for families, with simple layouts and plenty of sunlight. The area feels peaceful and safe, with shared spaces planned for relaxing.

  A place that fits my lifestyle

  Visited Kayana Heights a couple of times for booking my unit, and so far, it looks good. The area’s a bit elevated, so you actually get a nice view even from the lower floors. The breeze is strong too, especially in the evening it feels peaceful even though it's still a work-in-progress. I liked the layout of the unit. It’s simple but practical, and doesn’t feel cramped. The balcony space is really nice with the view. One thing I noticed is that it’s not too far from the main city area, but it still feels quiet. Not too noisy, which I really like. Still waiting to see how everything turns out once completed, but so far, happy with the choice.
