  One of the reasons I purchased a unit at KM1 West was because the condominium felt calmer compared to other busy developments nearby. The property has enough shared spaces for residents without feeling overcrowded. My parents enjoy walking around the compound while I usually spend weekends at the tennis courts with friends. The surau within the residence is also convenient for daily prayers. Security staff are polite and visible throughout the day which adds peace of mind.

  Student Stay

  As a university student, I wanted a place that felt safe and practical for daily living. KM1 West turned out to be a good choice because the surroundings are peaceful and the facilities are easy to access. I often study at the multi purpose hall whenever I need a quieter environment. The 24 hours security also gives me confidence when returning home late.

  Sports Lover

  I chose this condominium mainly because of the sports facilities provided here. The basketball court and tennis courts help me stay active after work. Living here feels enjoyable for someone with an active routine.
