  Family-friendly place

  My parents and I have stayed here for years. The playground downstairs is always busy with kids, and there’s a nice community feel. Easy to get groceries nearby and we never had issues with safety. Really comfortable place to live in the city.

  Quiet spot with great access

  Moved here with my wife 6 months ago. We like that it’s peaceful yet close to everything like train, shops, schools. The security team is friendly and always around. The pool is clean too, nice spot for evening swims.

  Good value for city living

  I’ve been renting here for a year and honestly, it’s worth the price. The unit is spacious and bright, plus Maluri LRT is just a short walk away.
