  The most scenic condo address in Bayan Lepas

  For me, Muze is more for people who want a newer condo with a bit more class and comfort. It has that modern township feel, and the project itself looks quite high-end compared to many standard high-rises. Price is definitely not the cheapest, but if budget allows and you want something more premium in this area, this one is quite attractive.

  Bayan Lepas living at its most scenic – The M

  What I like about Muze @ PICC is that it doesn’t feel like a basic condo project. The unit sizes are decent, and it suits families better than those very compact newer developments. The area around Jalan Tun Dr Awang is also quite strategic, so going to Bayan Lepas, airport side, or nearby commercial areas is not too troublesome.

  Fantastic choice of condo living in Bayan Lep

  Honestly Muze gives quite a premium feel compared to many condos around Bayan Lepas. The overall design looks more upscale, and some units have really nice open views, so it feels a bit more exclusive. Location-wise also quite convenient if you work around Bayan Baru or the industrial side, so for own stay I can understand why people like it.
