  Growing Into Home

  Our children enjoy having the playground nearby, so they can spend some time outside without us having to arrange a trip somewhere else. I also like the community garden because it gives us a simple place to enjoy the outdoors together. On some evenings, we take a short walk there after dinner. The 24 hours security is another feature that makes us feel more comfortable as a family.

  Room To Settle

  The terraced house gives us more flexibility to arrange our rooms according to how we use them. My children enjoy the playground, especially in the late afternoon when the weather is cooler. I sometimes spend time in the community garden while they are playing. The 24 hours security also gives us peace of mind as parents. Overall, the house has been a comfortable fit for our family's routine

  Neighbourly Family Atmosphere

  We booked a terraced house at Phase 4B Adenia 2 @ Sapphire Hills because we wanted a proper home for our family. The community garden is a nice place to spend a little time outdoors. Our children also enjoy the playground when they need a break from being indoors. The 24 hours security gives us added comfort as parents.
