  Happy with the facilities

  I’m impressed with what they planned here like the lap pool, basketball court, herb garden, and even retail space downstairs. Feels like a small township in one building. The best part for me is that it’s elderly friendly, so I can imagine my parents staying with me comfortably.

  Convenient city living

  I work in KL city, so the easy access to MRR2 and other highways convinced me to buy. The price point is reasonable compared to other new launches nearby. I like that I can stay active with the gym and pool after work without needing to drive anywhere.

  Great location, good price

  Got a unit here because it’s near everything I need, from groceries, malls, hospital to schools. Price is quite fair for KL and I like that they offer smaller and bigger layouts. Facilities like the pool and basketball court are a plus.
