  Community feel

  I was worried about living in a high-rise, but Riverville feels friendly. People greet each other at the lift, and the community hall is often used for small gatherings. It feels like a neighbourhood, not just a condo.

  Facilities we actually use

  The gym and jogging track are part of my daily routine now. My wife enjoys the dance studio, and weekends we usually do barbeque with neighbours. Facilities here don’t just look nice, they’re practical.

  Spacious enough for family

  We were looking for a condo that isn’t too cramped, and this one fits well. The kids will enjoy the pool and courts, while the nursery is a plus. Location is convenient, close to schools and hospitals.
