What I liked about Serina Bay is how accessible everything is. It’s a short drive to major malls and city-centre spots, and you still get the convenience of nearby shops, eateries and transport routes. Makes living in Penang island a lot easier compared with far-out suburbs.

Serina Bay doesn’t skimp on amenities: there’s a pool, sauna, tennis court, playground, landscaped gardens, and even BBQ and multipurpose hall. For everyday living, that’s a nice bonus — you get condo comforts without needing to step far. It’s a simple condo but feels complete for daily life.

I took a look at Serina Bay and was pleasantly surprised by how budget-friendly it is, especially considering it’s in Penang island. The units are modest (~900 sq ft, 3 bedrooms), but for the price it offers a solid entry-level home. Good for singles, couples, or small families wanting condo living without a hefty price tag.
