  Saya dan isteri pilih Setia Sky sebab dekat sekolah anak dan hospital. Kolam kanak-kanak dan taman kecil tu jadi tempat anak bermain. Rasa selamat dan selesa walau di tengah bandar.

  Tenang dan selesa di tengah bandar

  Saya dah duduk di Setia Sky Residences hampir lima tahun. Suasana tenang walaupun di tengah KL. Kolam infiniti dia memang cantik waktu malam, dan security pun tip-top. Memang berbaloi dengan harga dan lokasi.

  Resort-Style Facilities + Peaceful High-Rise

  Setia SKY comes with a full set of condo amenities — swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, landscaped gardens, 24-hour security and more. Despite being in a busy part of the city, once I’m back in the tower it feels calm and secure. Good mix: city energy outside, condo-quiet inside.

  Solid Layout & Comfortable Condo Living

  I saw a few units ranging around ~990 to 1,755 sq ft — not tiny, but not oversized either. The interiors feel functional and well planned: living spaces, bedrooms, balcony/windows all flow nicely. For a serviced-condo in the heart of KL, it gives a decent balance between size, comfort and easy upkeep.

  Prime City-Centre Address – Everything Within

  When I visited Setia SKY Residences, I immediately felt how central everything is — it’s just off Jalan Tun Razak / Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, so getting to KLCC, Kampung Baru, or the main highways is fast and easy. Whether you need public transport, hospital, malls or nightlife, you’ve got it close by. For city-living convenience, this place really delivers.

  Luxury and Convenience at Setia SKY Residence

  Setia SKY Residences is the perfect place to stay if you want both luxury and convenience. The private lift was a nice touch and the view from the unit was truly incredible. I loved being able to see the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower from my window. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

  A Perfect Place to Call Home

  Setia SKY Residences is the perfect place to call home. The amenities are top-notch, with a gym, yoga room, swimming pool, and more. The Petronas view is stunning and the party lounges and function rooms are perfect for hosting events. The sky bridge play area is a great spot for the kids to play, and the morning walk area is perfect for getting some exercise.

  A Convenient and Safe Living Experience

  I can confidently say that Setia SKY Residences is one of the best condos I have ever stayed at. The free shuttle to KLCC was a game-changer for me and the big swimming pool was a great way to exercise and relax. The security guards are strict and the management team is always prompt in addressing any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and safe living experience.

  Hosting to happiness

  Since we moved into Setia Sky Residences, we've become wonderful hosts. We have guests every other weekend who love to spend time in our home. The mood is unbeatable up here with the beautiful KL skyline at night. We have two guest rooms in our residence done up nicely, of course credit goes to my wife for this. The house feels truly luxurious, making time spent here very special for us. Even though we're only renting, it's definitely worth every Ringgit.

  Grand house

  Setia Sky Residences is luxury personified. I think back then, there weren’t many such projects coming up and we just felt very special owning a house with such grand interior and stunning view of the KL skyline. Even now, I enjoy my morning coffee while gazing at KLCC in the near distance. The developer has used quality materials in the construction that haven’t deteriorated one bit over the past decade. The rooms are spacious and I find so much joy in swimming while soaking in the view.
