  All at hand's reach

  I love the location of South View. It’s got not one but two LRT stations nearby, the KL Gateway mall is just a few minutes away, Federal Highway is next to the building and there are at least three schools in this area, last I checked. Then you've got the tastefully designed community spaces – the gym, pool, multipurpose hall, meeting room, barbecue area - name it and it’s here. If I would have heard about this project before, I would have bought an apartment here. Now I rent one.

  Personal public transport

  For those of you who are always out for work, having an LRT outside the building and the Federal highway lining the property is so very convenient. South View is in high demand because of that, and if we ever have to move from here, we won’t sell this house as it's bound to appreciate. In the meantime, it will bring us a steady flow of tenants. The apartment has a wonderful view from the living room, with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light which filters in.

  New condo benefits!

  We have been living on rent at South View in Bangsar South for the past six months. The owner has never lived here so we love that we are living in a brand new condo. It has that new house freshness that we are grateful to experience. The condo itself is top quality construction, has a very nice gymnasium with modern equipment and close proximity to nearby malls for our convenience. Kerinchi and Universiti LRT station are nearby and connects South View to the rest of the city.
