  We shifted here looking for a place that supports everyday living without stress. The layout of the property allows good airflow and natural light. Facilities like the gym and pool are easy to access anytime. Security staff are attentive and present throughout the day. The environment stays clean and organised. It feels like a comfortable and steady home.

  Good First Home

  This was my first property purchase and I am quite happy with it. The layout works well for daily living and the facilities are enough for basic needs. I use the gym regularly and sometimes relax in the jacuzzi after work. The environment is peaceful and not too busy. Maintenance has been decent over the years. It is a comfortable option for someone starting out.

  Peaceful Family Life

  We moved into St Mary Residences with our two kids and it has been a calm place to live. The playground and wading pool keep them engaged in the evenings. I also like the 24 hours security as it gives peace of mind. Honestly, it feels safe and comfortable for a small family.
