  Good living environment @ The ARC Cyberjaya

  I like the environment here with academic and multimedia students feel, with good township planning and not hassle as compared to KL City with traffic jam always. Enjoy the quiet and yet good connectivy with the new MRT2 stations to city center.

  Massive!

  The Arc is a pretty massive place. I used to live in a low-rise before this but since we rented a unit here, I've learned to appreciate the benefits of a project of this scale. Life is very convenient when you want to get your laundry done or even get your kids to school. There are banks and malls nearby and public transport basically comes to you.

  Strike when the iron is hot

  I’ve lived in Cyberjaya for many years, but the pandemic created a unique buying opportunity when the previous owner wanted to cash out. The Arc is a nice condo with good quality construction and I particularly like the community spaces in and around this property. I think my investment should appreciate quickly here. The views out of our apartment are stunning since it is on one of the higher floors. If you're considering to rent this place, SP83 is the nearest Smart Selangor bus stop which is free if I'm not mistaken.

  This area is lovely

  Cyberjaya is always overlooked as a residential area. Especially in the past few years, the city has blossomed with so many developments that have raised the quality of the area. The Arc is definitely one of them. When we were planning to move to Cyberjaya, the Arc fit us perfectly for the size of our 3BR apartment to the price and facilities/amenities on offer. This property is looking to be a sound investment in the long run.
