When I first looked into The Domain, prices ranged around RM220k for smaller units—about RM330 per sq ft. That's decent for a freehold serviced apartment in Cyberjaya. Just something to note: the capital growth has dipped—there was a 9 % drop last year—so it’s solid for now, but keep resale expectations realistic.

Smart Cyberjaya location—with transport and e
Living here puts me smack in the middle of everything Cyberjaya offers. I can walk to The Street Mall for food, hit up DPulze or Centrus Malls in minutes, and MMU and other colleges are just down the road. Public transport’s solid too—ERL, MRT, buses—so getting around KL or to Putrajaya isn’t a hassle.

Compact unit, but everything you need is righ
I moved into a 600 sq ft single-bed unit at The Domain last year. It's small, sure, but everything's on-site: there's a mini‑market for groceries, a gym, a swimming and wading pool, BBQ spot, plus 24‑hour security and broadband access. Plus, being freehold means it’s yours for keeps—for our budget and needs, it just works.
