Easu living near city

Living here since 2020 and still happy. Great pools, nice park, and solid security. About 20 minutes to Kuala Lumpur city centre, so commuting is easy.

Student life upgrade

Renting here with two course mates while studying in KL. Feels safer than most condos I’ve seen. Gym is well equipped, pools are huge, and getting to the city for part-time work is straightforward.

Worth the investment

As a Singaporean working in KL, this place made sense. Solid build by YTL Land and good rental demand in Sentul. Facilities feel like a private resort, and tenants appreciate the security and highway access.
