  Modern and functional KL condo

  A colleague lives at Trion KL and invited me for dinner. The unit is clean, modern, and well-laid-out. Nice city views from the upper floors. The rooftop facilities are the highlight—pool and gym up there with really good views. The surrounding area still has some gaps in terms of walkable amenities, but it's improving. Overall it's a quality product in a location that's clearly on the rise.

  Good investment in up-and-coming area

  I bought at Trion KL for investment. The KL-south corridor has been growing steadily and rental demand from working professionals is solid. My tenant is a young exec who values the highway access and the modern unit. Yield is around 4.5% which is respectable. The development itself is modern with above-average facilities. I'm holding long-term given the infrastructure development happening in the area.

  Well-connected KL condo near highway

  Living at Trion KL for about a year—the highway access here is excellent, right off the KL-Seremban Highway which makes heading to the city or going south a breeze. The unit is modern with good finishes and the facilities are contemporary—rooftop pool, sky gym, function rooms. Area is developing well with more F&B and retail options coming in. For a mid-range KL condo with strong connectivity, Trion is a very decent pick.
