With all cities in KL and Selangor filled to the brim with population, developers have started singling out quiet villages to expand into evolving cities. Sungai Besi is one such town. Historically home to the deepest tin mine in Malaysia, Sungai Besi was a village settlement in olden times. Now part of the Bandar Malaysia plan, Sungai Besi is undergoing rapid transformation into a vibrant city, with a RM40 billion high speed railway (HSR) linking Kuala Lumpur and Sungai Besi with Singapore currently in proposal. Bear in mind though that while it is undergoing rapid transformation, it is still in the midst of transformation; therefore, low cost apartments and pot holes in roads are a part and parcel of the town. Not all is lost however, with the town boasting excellent connectivity to several major highways such as Sungai Besi Highway, KL- Seremban Expressway, Besraya Highway (BESRAYA), KL- Putrajaya Highway (MEX) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). A high number of public transportations are also available nearby with KTM and LRT options as well as Terminal Bersepadu Selatan, the main long distance bus terminal in Kuala Lumpur. Aside from that, other conveniences such as a hypermarket are available in the nearby Spark Plaza, a hospital in the form of UKM Medical Center, and the famous SM Sains Selangor is within 15 minutes away.

Accessibility may be a plus point in the location of Trinity Aquata in Sungai Besi, but glamorous and trendy it is not. However, one can take heart that the resort styled facilities more than make up for it. The smallest units are Type F and G with a built up area of 1,151 sq ft and 1,154 sq ft respectively, followed by Type B at 1,216 sq ft, Type A at 1,239 sq ft and Type D at 1,242 sq ft. All master bedrooms will come with laminated timber floorings. Certain features will be made exclusive for Type C units, such as fully fitted bathroom essentials in the likes of a bathtub and tiles, an intercom headset and panic button in the master bedroom and air conditioning units for all rooms. Though at face value the location of Trinity Aquata may appear to depreciate its value, it more than makes up for it with the excellence in connectivity, state of the art facilities and spacious floor plan. The condominium is listed in the market at a starting price from RM 700,000 – RM 926,888. The price per sq ft stands at RM 620 and the maintenance fee is set at RM 0.31 per sq ft.

The Trinity Group is currently also working on Zeva @ Equine South in Seri Kembangan and The Heron Residency in Puchong.
