I cant recommended this as a convenient place to stay. Its pretty decent cos its new but thats it.
Management is the worst, its under UEM, i guess. We have alot of problem during our stay here. Im writing here hoping that they will improve something one day.
First...electricity problem happen all the time, like one day power can be off few times and forced us to call the guard to check cos its seems only happen on our floor at least local cos the power on hall way still on. Then they will come up and turn it on over and over again. Its not happen everyday but like few day in a week and few times in a day. Did asked them to check why its always happen, but same answer, they dont know anything.
Then access card...which allow us to get inside the parking, facility room (gym n games room) and the unit itself. It will happen in random time that we couldnt use it which i think very trouble some esp in the morning when we need to go to the office. It happens alot. A couple of time we complain and they said no problem with the card.
Anyway we just tenant here. One time the owner had dispute about paying monthly maintenance fee and the management lock us out, we couldnt park the car inside, couldnt get inside our unit couldnt use the facilities, etc and the worst they even turn low our water flow. So you can imagine you cant shower and flushing the toilet at the same time. I know its because the owner didnt pay but they also didnt send/mail the bill to the owner and they even ask me to contact and ask owner to pay the bill which not our problem at all. We pay what we need to pay as tenant and they use us as a weapon to get the money paid from the owner. We're not their debt collector.
Hope they read this!! And people...its not recommended at all until they change their managemnt.
