  Perfect short-stay experience in KL

  Stayed at V Residence Suites during a KL work trip and it was one of my best short-stay experiences. The suite was compact but beautifully designed—smart storage, good bed, decent kitchen setup. Sunway Velocity Mall below had everything I needed. LRT access meant I could get across KL easily. The whole stay felt premium despite the compact size. Would definitely book again for future KL visits.

  High occupancy, great Airbnb yield

  The suites at V Residence Sunway Velocity have been a great short-stay investment. Airbnb and corporate stay demand from the Sunway Velocity precinct is consistently strong. The mall integration and LRT access make it attractive to a wide range of guests. Occupancy has been high and yield strong. Management is professional which is important for short-stay operations. Among the best hospitality-friendly investment units in Cheras.

  Compact but perfectly located suites

  I rent a unit at V Residence Suites at Sunway Velocity and the size is compact, but the location makes up for it entirely. Sunway Velocity Mall below, Cheras LRT nearby, Grab accessibility excellent. For a solo professional or couple who values convenience over space, this is a dream setup. The unit is efficiently designed and the building management is top-notch. Daily living here is genuinely effortless.
