Solid mid-range KL condo

Visited a friend here and the development was well-presented and maintained. The lobby is tidy, facilities are in good working order, and the security is proper. Unit was comfortably sized with a sensible layout. The KL south location has decent connectivity and enough daily conveniences nearby. Nothing to write home about in terms of wow-factor but a solid, reliable condo where everything works as it should.

We've been at V Residensi 2 for two years as a family and it's been comfortable. The unit size is practical, security is solid, and the pool and playground keep the kids entertained on weekends. Neighbours are mostly families which creates a nice community vibe. Highway access makes commuting manageable. Management has been responsive to maintenance requests. For families looking for a good-value KL south home, this ticks a lot of boxes.
