  Worth it for the space

  We moved in last year after looking at many condos in Cheras. Vina offers bigger units compared to others nearby, and the maintenance fees are fair. I like having a full-sized pool and gym downstairs.

  Nice mix of city and nature

  As someone who works in KL city, I like that Vina isn’t too far but feels quieter. The running track and cabanas really give it that resort touch. The unit layout is practical, and I appreciate the low-density setup

  Dual key = smart choice

  I bought a dual-key unit last year and rent out the studio side. The return helps with my loan, and I still get my privacy. Facilities are solid and the whole vibe feels calm and family-friendly. A nice balance between affordability and comfort.
